We designed and built a commercial grain storage, handling, and conditioning system expansion.
Risser Grain was looking to expand their existing Chambersburg, PA Commercial Grain Storage Facility. They wanted to upgrade previous systems that could receive dry corn with more flexibility to acquire and dry wet corn as well.
GroffJulius managed the project from acquiring permits to the technicality of automation startups with a vast scope of work including site/civil construction, concrete/excavation, steel erection, equipment installation and beyond.
In spite of a tight deadline, GroffJulius put an aggressive schedule in place and executed the scope of work in time for the Risser Grain’s priority focus for harvest in the fall of 2023.
