We helped the processor modernize soybean material prep with an integrated drying and size reduction system tied into existing fill and reclaim.
To deliver that outcome, GroffJulius integrated state-of-the-art grain drying and size reduction equipment into the customer’s existing operation. A Chief CD-7 grain dryer was incorporated into a custom steel superstructure with a concrete roof, designed to support the drying system, the size reduction package, and filtration. The full solution was engineered to tie directly into the facility’s existing fill and reclaim systems, creating a cleaner, more connected material path from receiving through prep, and into extrusion.
